The AOC Mâcon-Cruzille seen by Julien Guillot

Julien Guillot, from Domaine des vignes du Maynes, is a strong advocate of the appellation Mâcon-Cruzille produced from the Gamay grape. He shares his vision of what he calls “a landscape wine, where the work of the winemaker is inherent with the environment that surrounds him”.
