This web series takes the form of a road trip along which wine lovers can explore Bourgogne appellation’s 13 geographical denomination with Marie and Alain, two youtubers who set off to find out more about the wine, the winemakers, and also the gastronomy and cultural heritage of each terroir.
To the north of Beaune, we set off to discover the appellation Bourgogne La Chapelle Notre-Dame. This Climat, which like the Bourgogne Montrecul, is one of the only ones recognised as a Régionale appellation, is on the route of the pilgrims of Saint-Jacques de Compostelle. It is located on the edge of the road linking Beaune to Dijon, at the foot of the Corton hill, in Ladoix-Serrigny. It adjoins the Notre-Dame-du-Chemin chapel, which gave it its name. It produces wines, the Bourgogne La Chapelle Notre Dame, atypical, confidential and rare, 100% red, to be discovered as soon as possible!
