On Sunday 20th November, on the occasion of the 162nd Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction, representatives of the Hospices de Beaune, Sotheby’s, the associations benefiting from the sale of the Pièce des Presidents and the Presidents of the Bourgogne Wine Board (BIVB) gathered for a bilingual press conference.
This was an opportunity to discuss the generous and promising 2022 vintage, the economic situation of the industry, the projects of the Hospices de Beaune financed by the latest auctions, and the transition toward Biologic Agriculture of the Domaine des Hospices de Beaune.
A particular focus was given to two causes that are close to the hearts of the Patrons of this edition.
