Straight Chablis 5: Learn more about the Chablis Premier Cru wines with Vincent Bartement

Straight talk invokes a direct and open conversation on a given topic. In addition, very often, the American trade and press refer to the Chablis or Petit Chablis appellations as "Straight Chablis".
This is why the wines of Chablis have decided to launch with SommCon USA, Straight Chablis, a series of interviews hosted by May Matta-Aliah, Ambassador of Bourgogne wines. The aim is to provide the English-speaking wine industry with the most up-to-date information on the region, covering more in-depth topics on lesser-known Chablis appellations, vintages with interviews with producers, retailers, sommeliers or of the Masters of Wine.
This episode is hosted by May Matta-Aliah, Bourgogne wines ambassador, and Vincent Bartement, winemaker at La Chablisienne cooperative and 2020 International Wine Challenge (IWC) White Winemaker of the Year recipient.
They will provide an overview of the Chablis Premier Cru Climats as well as explain the concept of the flagship or flag-bearing Climats.
