The Bouzeron appellation investigated trough its geology and geography

The Bourgogne Wine Board (BIVB) invites you to enjoy this video in which Jean-Pierre Renard, Expert Instructor at the Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne, explains the geographical and geological characteristics of the Bouzeron appellation. This appellation is produced mainly on the village of Bouzeron and it has the unique particularity of being produced 100% from the Aligoté grape.
