Pierre de Benoist, in charge of the Domaine Aubert and Pamela de Villaine, tells us about how and when the Bouzeron appellation was created. He explains its characteristics, describes the "terroir" which is perfectly suited for the Aligoté grape. He gives his own version of the Chinese portrait.
