Caroline Lavallée, Winemaker at Domaine Clément Lavallée, presents the many faces of Saint-Bris, a young appellation that will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2023. The only Village appellation in Bourgogne made from Sauvignon Blanc, Saint-Bris offers a wide range of food and wine combinations. This appellation, whose vineyards are mainly exposed to the North, benefits from the climatic changes of the last few years, which offer wines with fruity notes that keep the mineral expression of its limestone terroirs on the finish.
