Wine has been produced in the Bourgogne region of Chablis for centuries, with know-how being handed down over centuries. Some wine producers today represent the 12th, 13th, or even 14th generation in their winegrowing family. The new generations that are working right now are better trained and have travelled the world, combining tradition and modernity in this age-old profession.
