Bourgogne wines as seen by… Jennifer Docherty, MW

Bourgogne is known for its highly sought-after star Grand Cru appellations such as Romanée-Conti, La Tâche, Montrachet… However, there are still a lot of lesser-known appellations that are yet to be explored. Jennifer Docherty, MW based in Hong Kong, shares her impression towards the discovery of these hidden gems, such as Saint-Aubin or Savigny-les-Beaune Premier Cru.

Please, note that, to reaffirm their identity, the region and the producers are reverting back to the original French iteration of the name, Bourgogne (instead of Burgundy).
